Today’s card comes from the newest Tarot deck in my collection–the Archangel Power Tarot Cards by Doreen Virtue, Radleigh Valentine, and Jeff Bedrick (and published by Hay House).
The card I pulled is 3 of Gabriel.
The 3 of Gabriel, also known as the 3 of Wands, from the “Archangel Power Tarot.”
When 3 of Gabriel (in traditional Tarot decks, this card would be the 3 of Wands) docks into your life, its message is for you to explore your options and to broaden your horizons.
This card suggests that what you’ve been waiting for is coming into your life (the woman waiting as her “ship comes in”). Whether it’s literal or figurative, now’s the time to “get your bags packed” because “you’re going places.”

*One of my own personal meanings for this card is that you’re being encouraged to actively work with the Law of Attraction (if you believe in it–but, it’s at work whether you do or not! ).
I’ve been listening to “The Secret” in my car while driving the last few days. I’ve been excitedly waiting for this deck to be released into the marketplace, which was to be October 15th.
Then, on the last day of September, I just “casually” checked Amazon and saw that it was in stock, and immediately ordered it. It was scheduled to “ship” (the 3 of Gabriel can also indicate things being “shipped” and “shipments”–and the internet, which is how I ordered and purchased the item) and arrive on October 3rd.
The Law of Attraction works with not only your thinking, but the feelings along with the thoughts. Well, I became more excited knowing that the deck was on its way. And guess what happened? The deck arrived a day early! And it came before I went out for the rest of the day!
And I like how this was the first card pulled for me to share in a post!
So, consider what’s showing up in your life, and ask yourself about the possible thoughts and feelings you’re energetically putting out regarding those conditions, situations, and experiences. I always say that in order to have a new experience, we first need to have a New Thought.*
