Today’s Oracle: Your Day of Exploration

Today’s card comes from the Indigo Angel Oracle Cards by Charles and Doreen Virtue, and published by Hay House. The card pulled is Explore.

ExploreWhen Explore travels into your life, the message is to be open-minded about your place in the world, and the direction of your life.

For me, the most powerful symbol on this card is the bridge our angel travels on. The bridge is a symbol of transition. The bridge gets us from one place to another, from point A to point B. This is a great visual metaphor for my work as a coach–which is helping people “bridge the gap” during their life transitions. I assist them in getting from where they are to where they want to be.

So, Explore poses the same question to you today: Do you know where you’re going to (my nod the the Diana Ross song from the movie “Mahogany”)?

If you know where you want to be, then consider where you are now, and the steps you need to take in-between to get you there. What ideas might you need to consider, to “explore,” as you move ahead? What might you need to leave in the past once and for all (which is symbolized by the angel showing us his back, as well as the “water under the bridge”).

Consider this idea in your exploration: Who you were has brought you where you are now. Who might you need to become to get where you want to be?

Your partner in exploration,
James
