When we are faced with a problem (which usually is something that is not as we would like for it to be), the faster we are able to turn our attention away from the problem and toward a solution, the better.
Focusing on the problem, by the Law of Attraction, only gives us more of the problem. Continuing to “rehearse” the problem (running it over in our minds again and again, telling any and everyone who will listen to us talk about it) only anchors it in and prevents us from finding the solution.
Abraham states “the problem is a different vibrational frequency than the solution.” Focusing on the problem keeps us in the problem. Turning our attention to finding the solution will provide us with the better-feeling thoughts that uplift our vibrational frequency to match the frequency where the solution resides–and, by the Law of Attraction, brings that solution to us.
So, for today, consider your focus: is it on the problem–or finding the solution?
