Wands being the suit associated with work and business, this card is about finding the work that is rewarding to you. You may have a strong need for recognition in the job or career you work in.
This card can also suggest that public speaking plays a part in the work you do, or that you should consider it as a means to gain more exposure and visibility. Along those lines, consider: What is your message? What do you have to say that others will listen to? What’s your platform? Who’s your audience?
