Today being Valentine’s Day, I thought I’d break in my copy of the Romance Angels Oracle Cards (which came as a set of cards for my Certified Angel Card Reader™ course training) and pull a card to mark the occasion.

The card I pulled is Calling In Your Soul Mate.

The image has a woman, her head and hands raised to Spirit; she may be in prayer or giving thanks. Her Romance Angel stands behind her, gazing skyward.

If you’re in a partnered relationship, I see this card as giving thanks for your partner, and the relationship you share. I look at the words “affirmations” and “visualizations” on the card. For me, I get the sense to affirm what is right and working in the relationship, giving thanks, as gratitude is the energy that can aid in producing more of the same.

If there are areas for improvement (and there are in all relationships), then this card is suggesting visualizing the relationship as if those improvements have been made—and give thanks for receiving them now, in the present—well before they make their appearance (affirmative prayer is asking as if you’ve already received what it is you’re asking for—it’s an act of having faith in the unseen).

If you’re single and would like to be in a relationship, the Romance Angels are encouraging you to pray about it, as well as affirm and visualize your ideal partner and relationship.

When I coach people on this, I ask them to describe the qualities they would like in a partner. After they have finished listing out those qualities, I ask them if they are actively developing those same traits and characteristics within themselves.

Going with the Law of Attraction, which is “like attracts like,” this card suggests working on yourself so that you demonstrate the qualities you’re seeking in a partner. When you do, you become a “vibrational match” for that partner, because you’re vibrating at the same frequency.

As you do those things, whether you’re in a relationship with a partner—or you’re in a relationship with yourself—know that your Romance Angels are standing with you in full support.
