This week, I reached a bit of a milestone over on my YouTube channel. The channel now has 400 subscribers.
As an angel number, 400 means that there’s a clear connection with God and the angels; the number 4 means that the angels are near you, and 0 is a number representing God or Spirit.
I mention this as a nice segue into this week’s reading, which is going to be done using Angel cards. The deck I’m turning to for assistance this week is the Healing with the Angels Oracle Cards by Doreen Virtue and published by Hay House.
So, after an invocation (calling in the energies of the angels), I’m taking the deck in hand, asking Spirit and the angels for the messages pertaining to the week ahead.
The video presentation of this week’s reading is below:
If you prefer to read the text, here it is for you:
After shuffling the deck, I pulled three cards for this reading: the first for the beginning of the week; the second for the middle of the week; and the last to round out the rest of the week.
Cards for the Week
For the beginning of the week, we have Truth & Integrity.
Since picking this deck up and working with it more regularly, this card comes up for me a lot in my personal readings—and I adore it.
The first thing that comes to me with this card is that your angels are always around you, wanting to connect with you and may be trying to get your attention, which I get from the two angels playing with the woman’s hair on the card.
The woman being naked symbolizes being more of who you are, and standing in your personal truth. The “integrity” aspect of the card sends the message to be certain that both your words and your actions are in alignment with whatever is personally true for you.
This might mean that you could be in a position to reveal something of a personal nature to others around you this week—or that you know you need to, but the thought of being exposed (vulnerable) leaves you uncomfortable.
On one hand, the woman crossing her arms could suggest being emotionally guarded; on the other hand, her body language can also send the message that you get to share as much as you’re comfortable sharing in the moment.
Now back to the woman’s hair…the angels playing with her hair can suggest that, at the beginning of the week, you might be exposed to something new that creates a shift in your mind-set (hair, for me, symbolizes thoughts, since hair grows out from our heads).
Also, the angels are exposing the woman’s ear, which can suggest needing to listen this week. This could mean “listening” to your angels, because they are actively communicating with you and trying to send you a message that you need to “hear.”
This could also suggest receiving messages through things you hear, like bits of conversations you “overhear” (I’m being told something within “earshot” or “listening distance”), or lyrics in a song, or an interview on TV or the internet.
It could also mean taking the time to really listen to people in conversations this week—that you not only hear what’s being said, but also for what’s not being said.
For the middle of the week, the card is Music.
Ah, now all the references to the ear and listening make sense with Music, as music is something you hear.
The most obvious message with this card is for someone who is musically gifted and talented to work on perfecting his or her craft. The archangel associated with music, Sandalphon, can be called upon to assist you with your musical work, if this resonates with you.
Since I mentioned Archangel Sandalphon, his appearance can suggest a need to have faith in the middle of the week—or that you need to exercise your faith in some way (like the angel playing the instrument).
Another association with Sandalphon is prayer, which carries a higher vibrational frequency—just like music. This aspect can be coming in to suggest that your prayers have been heard and are going to be answered, as Sandalphon is said to deliver prayers to heaven, and delivers the answers back to earth.
Another message I get with this card is to fine-tune your “instrument,” meaning your physical body, to allow you to “hear” your angels better. This could mean that you find yourself making dietary changes, that you go on a detox, that you get more rest and sleep, or that you meditate, just to give a few examples.
For the end of the week, the card is Miracles.
The first thing that comes to my mind with this card is the definition of a miracle, according to A Course in Miracles: a shift in perception, which reinforces the earlier message about being exposed to something that shifts your mindset.
With that, Archangel Uriel comes to mind, as his energy is associated with illumination and enlightenment, with ideas and epiphanies. You can call upon Uriel to illuminate any blocks you might have in manifesting what you desire.
With Miracles following the Music card, and its message about answered prayer, an answer (manifestation) may seem like a miracle when it comes.
On the border of the card are fairies; the fairies, known as “nature’s angels,” assist us with material support and manifestation. The angel on the card, in that light, can represent Archangel Ariel, one of the angels of abundance, and the angel who works closely with the fairies.
The message here is to call on Archangel Ariel and the fairies to assist us in making the energetic shifts in our consciousness (like Uriel) that will allow for manifestations of abundance.
I also see Archangel Ariel coming in when there may be a need to either raise or restore confidence, which suggests being confident that what you ask Spirit and the angels for is being heard and answered.
So, Archangel Uriel is working with us in the renewing of our minds; Archangel Sandalphon is working with us to have faith that our prayers are being heard and answered; and Archangel Ariel and the fairies are offering us the material support needed to raise and restore our confidence in ourselves and our ability to manifest what we need.
And, on that note, I’ll bring this week’s reading to a close.
Wishing you light, love, and Angel blessings this week!
